I am an American journalist coming to you from Stockholm. I am living in Sweden with my wife and two kids. One of my passions is to write and film about life in Sweden.
I grew up and went to school in New Jersey. After graduating from college, I moved to Central America for two years where I studied Spanish, backpacked, got parasites (three times), climbed volcanoes and worked in a Spanish school.
Then I fell in love with a Swedish woman in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala and moved to Stockholm, Sweden, where I’ve lived for five years now. I’ve tried to learn Swedish, taught yoga, worked as a freelance journalist, been on paid paternity leave twice, and worked at a bank. Now I’m doing work at Radio Sweden, the country’s public broadcasting service, which has a radio program in English.
